- Completed Bachelor's degree and either of the following :
- 12 semester units of ABA course work with one (1) year experience implementing and / or designing ABA programming
- Two (2) years of experience designing or implementing ABA programs
- Strong ABA and clinical skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
