HR Specialist: 50K - 60K plus bonus $4K-5K
Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Generalist with a focus on recruitment and onboarding. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection, and ensuring smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and candidate sourcing through various platforms.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Handle pre-employment checks, including background and reference verifications.
- Prepare and deliver offer letters and contracts.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Organize and lead employee orientation sessions, introducing company policies, culture, and key personnel.
- Provide training on internal systems, tools, and workplace expectations.Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Support additional HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
