We are seeking an exceptional Account Manager who excels in building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with our clients. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with Sales Account Executives to achieve ambitious sales targets and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Source, quote, and process orders efficiently. Manage online orders, warehouse releases, and vendor communications.
- Vendor Coordination: Place orders with vendors, monitor stock levels, and resolve inventory or cost issues. Follow up on shipping dates, tracking numbers, and invoices.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and accurate order fulfillment.
- Reporting: Review Work in Progress (WIP) and end-of-month reports with Sales Account Executives to track progress and address any issues.
- Client Meetings: Meet with clients as necessary and form loyal customer relationships
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team and company goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
