What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Business Development Manager - Hospice Services position at Interim HealthCare Home Health and Hospice?
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain contacts and relationships with referral sources for hospice clients, including Assisted Living Facilities, physician practices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, community resources, and other appropriate community resources.
- Prepare and conduct presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our hospice services.
- Implement account development strategies to sell and secure growth in account market share with large complex referral and payer organizations.
- Use customer relationship management system to track and report on activity as well as monitor account development status and plan next steps.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to establish and monitor the process to track all referral activity, including sources and disposition.
