Job Responsibilities:
As a Home Health Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care
- Assessing and documenting patient conditions, including vital signs, blood/stool/urine glucose levels, etc.
- Administering medication, insulin, and IV/fluids as prescribed by the provider
- Carefully inspecting and treating wounds, changing dressings, and assisting with personal hygiene
- Collaborating with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- An active Washington State RN License
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Home Health Nurse
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current BLS certification
- Two positive work references
- A clean background check and drug test result
