Job Responsibilities:

As a Home Health Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care
• Assessing and documenting patient conditions, including vital signs, blood/stool/urine glucose levels, etc.
• Administering medication, insulin, and IV/fluids as prescribed by the provider
• Carefully inspecting and treating wounds, changing dressings, and assisting with personal hygiene
• Collaborating with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• An active Washington State RN License
• A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Home Health Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Current BLS certification
• Two positive work references
• A clean background check and drug test result
