We’re Hiring! Clinical Administrator – Home Health & Hospice
Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a strong, driven, and experienced RN to step into the role of Clinical Administrator overseeing both our Home Health and Hospice departments. This is an in-person, leadership role where you will guide, support, and elevate our clinical teams to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee clinical operations for both Home Health and Hospice.

Manage and mentor the Clinical Supervisors of each department.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Collaborate with leadership to drive growth and quality initiatives.
What You Need:

A current RN license (Oklahoma or compact state).

Proven leadership experience in Home Health and/or Hospice.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead teams with confidence, vision, and clinical expertise.
