Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) Role
We are seeking members of our interdisciplinary team to provide hands-on personal care, report changes in clients' conditions, and perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises
- Provide medication reminders and document clients' conditions
- Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
Requirements
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience or completion of a CNA course/certificate
- 2 positive references
