Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA) Role
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on personal care, report changes in client condition, perform simple procedures as an extension of therapy or nursing services, and assist with incidental/instrumental activities of daily living to clients in their home environment. This is evaluated/delegated and permitted by policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare and any federal, state, and local law or regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship
- Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
- Remind clients of medication, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
- Maintain a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
- Participate in activities that bring joy to clients such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies
Requirements:
- 6 months prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate
- Two positive professional references
