As a Healthcare Staffing RN, you will be working on a per diem basis, supporting assisted living/memory care communities throughout the Cambridge area.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health assessments for residents, monitoring their overall health status and managing their medications.
- You will supervise CNAs and PCAs on your shift, ensuring they provide quality care to our residents.
- You will provide education to residents and their families on various topics such as disease management, preventative care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
