Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Colorado
- Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare
- BLS/CPR certification
- Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
- Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, and compassion
