Interlaken, Inc. is a growing site and utility excavation company located in Gresham, Oregon. We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. If you are a a multi-tasker who is calm under pressure and focuses on attention to detail then keep reading!

Interlaken is a Woman Owned business that provides excavation services for clients in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area. Our clients include local municipalities, like the City of Portland and other private clients, such as Walsh Construction. We are a well respected company in our industry who treat our employees well, and work hard to satisfy our clients needs.

A typical day for this position would include the following tasks; assist HR Manager with daily duties, scan & enter Accounts Payable into accounting system, pull aging reports & verify payments to vendors, written and oral correspondence to Interlaken partners , keeping vendor and subcontractor information up to date, answering phones, filing & general office support for the Executive and Project Management Team.

Pay Rate for this position would be based on experience, but would generally fall in the $25-$28 range. Other benefits include 5 Paid Days Off, 4% match 401k and company funded medical, dental and vision benefits.
