Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will provide cross functional support within the HR department including, benefits and enrollment, onboarding, HRIS management, administration and involvement in current and future company projects.
What you Bring
- Administer and support daily HR cross-functional operations
- Perform customer service functions regarding onboarding and other tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and employee HR support where needed
- Assist with employee recordkeeping, filing and departmental audits
- Update salary, employment and other relevant data when it comes to PAF submissions
