Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure seamless care coordination through effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in clinical team conferences to discuss patient progress, address concerns, and refine care strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; ASN/ADN degree holders must complete a BSN degree within four years from date of hire or possess 15 years of experience in acute care settings.
- Mandatory possession of a current RN license in the state of practice.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire or within 60 days of employment.
