Manager Level
Requires Bachelors and Minimum of Limited License Social Worker with 3 Years Experience (includes minimum of 1 year working with IDD Population).
Starting Salary TBD Based on Experience
Case Workers
Requires Bachelor Degree in Human Services and 1 year Experience working with IDD Population
Starting Salary $50,112/ Year generous benefit package highlighted above.
Case Worker Assistants - Level 1 (SCA I)
Requires Bachelor Degree in Any Field and 6 Months of Equivalent Experience
Starting Salary $47,500 / Year generous benefit package highlighted above.
Case Worker Assistants - Level 2 (SCA II)
Non Degreed Position - Minimum of highschool Diploma / GED
Also requires successful completion of 6 Months or more CLS Community Health Worker Experience.
Being considered for promotion or transfer to SCA II position also requires ongoing satisfactory performance and positive recommendation from current supervisor, Director, CEO or designee.
Starting Salary for internal transfers and promotions to be determined based on current CLS Working Experience and payrate.
Community Health Workers
Requires High School Degree or Equivalent
Also requires 1 Year Experience working with Individuals w/disabilities*
Medical Assistant or Community Health Worker Certification is a plus.
Experience working with healthcare appointments /services or other relevant Human Services Experience is preferred.
*Associates Degree would be considered in lieu of experience
Starting Rate of Pay: $20.78 / Hour generous benefit package outlined above.
