Japanese speaker – Translator, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant
Job location: Columbus, Indiana.
Our client is a well-established Japanese company in the automotive industry. We are currently looking for a bilingual administrative assistant who is fluent in both Japanese and English for our client.

Some of the minimum qualification requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English. Able to assist Japanese expatriate staff in Japanese and English.
- Able to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint in Japanese and English.
- Able to work at the facility in Columbus, Indiana, Monday through Friday.
- Able to keep the company’s info confidential at all times.
- Authorized to work in the US. (Note: No visa sponsorship available at this role.)
- Able to start in 2 weeks if you receive a job offer.
Some of the main responsibilities:
- Assist all of the Japanese expatriates, using Japanese and English language skills.
- Provide support to President in Japanese and English.
- Responsible for clerical tasks: Arrange meetings, and conference calls. Book flights, rental cars, hotels, and etc.. Take visitors to conference rooms.
- Take care of expense reports.
- Type memos, graphs, charts, business plans, minutes of meetings… in Japanese and English.
Compensation: $58,000 to $70,000/yr
This is a full-time position on site. Relocation support is negotiable to some extent.
This is a full-time position with benefits. The employer will provide health, dental and vision insurance, and a 401k match plan to its full-time employees in accordance with its company policy.
