Our client is a well-established international automotive supplier. We are currently looking for an experienced purchasing manager who has 8 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing company.

Some of the minimum qualification requirements:

• 8 years of purchasing experience in Purchasing Dep at a manufacturing company. (If you have work exp in the automotive industry, or in an industry which is similar to the automotive industry, that’s a big plus.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF, and etc..
• Authorized to work in the US permanently without a visa sponsorship. (Note: The hiring company won’t provide a work visa for this role.)
• Able to start in 2 weeks if you receive a job offer. This is a fulltime on-site position in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Some of the main responsibilities:

• Establish job assignments for all staff in Purchasing Dep.
• Understands and follows the ISO14001 Environmental System, the ISO IATF / 16949 Quality Management System, and the Safety Management System.
• Provide support to management to make and achieve the company’s business plans.
• Support President of the company.
• Establish annual targets for Purchasing Department based on the company targets.
• Coordinates the company’s and purchasing dep’s activities with other General Manager to ensure that the company’s objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Compensation: $115,000 to $135,000/yr

FLSA: Exempt

This is a fulltime position with benefits. The employer will provide health, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan to its fulltime employees in accordance with its company policy.
