Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and have a comprehensive understanding of accounting processes, payroll, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent bilingual communication skills in both Spanish and English, along with strong customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage QuickBooks Online for daily accounting activities
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Operate the full accounting cycle including A / P (Accounts Payable) and A / R (Accounts Receivable) and GL (General Ledger)
- Handle payroll processes
- Conduct month, quarter, and year-end reconciliations
- Assist with purchasing, sales, and invoicing
- Answer phones and respond to customer and employee inquiries
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure the office space is tidy
- Support administrative tasks as needed
