International Drilling Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Primary job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone, email, and other forms of communication
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various methods, such as cold calling and networking
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
- Using the company’s CRM, develop and maintain an ongoing target list of new potential customers within the deep foundations industry. Maintain a log of activity in the company CRM
- Manage the Company’s E-Commerce Platform, listing/delisting equipment for sale, and responding to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records and report on sales activity and progress
- Continuously educate oneself on industry trends and developments
- Travel when required to support the sales team at trade shows, association events, and similar functions.
- Assist the Sales Manager and Sales Department by working on short-term projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
- (salary base is 55K-65k based on experience plus commission
- Salary: 55,000 to 65,000 annually plus commissions
Work Hours and Environment:
- Working hours are M-F 9am to 5:30pm
- Work Environment is an office that is air-conditioned/heated according to the season
- This position reports to the Rural Hall, NC, location
- This position will also include being in the warehouse when needed.

IDE offers a competitive benefits package for full-time employees. You will be eligible to enroll after 90 days of employment.
