What youll do :
- Training will take place on a Monday-Friday schedule with an end shift of C-Shift (6 : 30am 7 : 00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday).
- Troubleshoot and repair all manufacturing equipment.
- Working with variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs and systems associated with automated equipment.
- Repair and install systems and components on industrial machinery and equipment following codes, manuals, diagrams, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools and testing equipment.
- Completion of mechanical equipment repairs / troubleshooting, including bearings, general machine parts, pneumatic systems, and piping systems.
- Document and complete maintenance work orders in a work order management system with labor hours, parts used and a detailed record of completed tasks.
- Continuous improvement of PM programs to maximize equipment uptime and increase productivity.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.
