- Develop and track learning & development programs to support employees and managers in areas like soft skills, budgeting, continuous improvement, and wellness.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring accurate data and seamless reporting.
- Assist with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution.
- Support recruiting and onboarding processes to enhance the employee experience.
- Organize company events and recognition programs to boost engagement.
- Track HR metrics and analytics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
Highlighted Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
