Print and Marketing Specialist

International Minute Press, the world’s largest print, marketing and design franchise, is seeking to fill a Print and Marketing Specialist position for our commercial print shop in Nampa. Our 8,000 square foot shop is fast paced and provides products and services primarily to businesses in the Treasure Valley area. We have built an amazing team that is passionate about producing high-quality print and marketing materials for our clients and are looking for an individual to join us who is just as motivated as we are. We don’t work weekends or holidays and can offer a flexible schedule and paid time off.

This role is key to helping our customers find solutions for their marketing and print needs. To be successful, this position requires attention to detail, dependability and solid organizational skills. An experienced individual with a background in the printing and promotional industry is desired but we are willing to train the right person.

Minimum Qualifications required for consideration:

• Customer service and communication skills to effectively work in a team environment
• Excellent computer and math skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Working knowledge of or experience with Adobe Illustrator and In Design would be helpful

Daily Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Managing incoming phone calls and walk in’s
• Monitoring and responding to customer emails
• Communicating with customers to assist them with the creation of their jobs
• Creating custom quotes to accurately produce print or promotional jobs
• Processing work orders
• Assisting the designers with typesetting and art layout
• Assisting with digital and wide format print jobs

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
