ISC's team of Financial Services Recruiters has partnered with a leading global investment firm that focuses on delivering tailored investment management and advisory services for Ultra-High Net Worth individuals, families, trusts, foundations, and endowments. We are currently looking for an exceptional Client Services Specialist to join our centralized team in Delaware.
As a Client Services Specialist , you will collaborate closely with the Centralized Investment Operations team and Wealth Advisors to ensure our clients receive top-notch service, and all financial transactions are executed promptly and accurately.
This role involves direct engagement with UHNW clients holding over $200MM in investible assets, alongside pivotal Client Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding long-term career as our firm continues to expand.
Responsibilities of the Client Services Specialist :
- Provide support to the firm's Advisors and Clients directly, while collaborating with Operations to meet the needs of the Advisors' client base and participate in ongoing projects as the firm evolves.
- Work alongside Wealth Advisors to serve our UHNW Clients effectively.
- Engage with the Firm’s centralized Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with custodians and internal Operations teams to guarantee proper processing of requests. Assist with portfolio rebalancing, including document preparation and money movements.
- Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of accounts, including SMAs and brokerage accounts.
- Manage KYC profiles and conduct necessary searches.
- Oversee cash and security movements, including deposits, withdrawals, gifting, wires, and journals.
- Support the development of presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Review billing statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare performance reports to communicate results effectively.
- Regularly update and monitor the Client database and portfolio / account management applications, including Salesforce, Addepar, and Black Diamond.
