What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Specialist position at Lympha Press?
LymphaPress, an industry-leading and award-winning organization specializing in home compression therapy products, has an excellent opportunity to join our Reimbursement team Client Services Specialist.
This position will be in-office and involves the coordination of all aspects of patient case development and equipment order preparation for durable medical equipment.
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Handle incoming requests from referrals for new orders.
- Request medical records from referral and physician offices.
- Gather and review all information necessary for authorization and medical necessity.
- Provide information to patients regarding patient financial responsibility & product features and benefits.
- Perform patient intake - record medical necessity information into Company database.
- Communicate with territory managers, associate sales representatives, and referrals on order status.
- Approve orders based on insurance guidelines prior to releasing order to shipping.
- Participate in traditional and e-learning programs.
- Work effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments.
- Perform all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind.
- Perform other duties as assigned..
