Our client is currently seeking a Senior National Account Sales Manager, with 4 direct reports, responsible for managing all imaging product within the National Accounts Sales Group. The company is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions to the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean markets. Main ResponsibilitiesProvide clear direction, support, and daily management of NA Account Executives to ensure that all goals are achieved. Collaborate with Senior Management to develop channel strategies and processes to expand their National Account business within both established and new partners. Attain monthly sales revenue and quota.Work across teams / departments to maximize synergies within the organization, manage group deadlines, goals, and budgetsLead, manage, motivate, and support each team member to help them achieve their respective monthly quotas.Develop and implement programs to drive sales and increase market share.Define strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in assigned accounts.Main QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.8 years of overall related experience along with 3 years of direct report management of regular full-time employeesExperience in Sales Management and knowledge of National AccountsSales experience into national big box retailers is required.In depth process knowledge to manage National Accounts effectively and efficientlyAbility to lead others through change and can manage through resistance.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, changing environmentAnalytical approach in identifying opportunities.Strong negotiation skillsProven experience in managing, motivating, and training a sales teamThis position works remotely from a home office located near a major metropolitan city / airport and requires overnight travel to support our National Account partners.Ability to travel up to 50% nationwideIndividual must possess a clean valid state driver's license to obtain the position
