Interpath Laboratory is looking for a relationship-focused customer service fanatic, comfortable interfacing with professionals ranging from entry level to C-Suite, to join our team as an Outside Client Services Representative.

The Representative will help our clients better understand the full potential of Interpath Laboratory services and serve as a liaison between the client, our internal operations and customer service teams.

This is a home-office based position (remote) that requires extensive travel throughout the Idaho territory, visiting 4-5 client locations per day, 4-5 days per week and is responsible for helping maintain, grow and nurture existing business with current clients and assisting with bringing new clients on board.
Successful individuals will be self-starters that enjoy working independently and are self-motivated to accomplish goals. Additionally they will have experience in medical laboratory assisting and or processing, phlebotomy, medical assisting, nurses assisting (CNA) or a similar setting that has led to knowledge of the behind-the-scenes processes involved in the different phases patients' specimen(s) goes through (collection, pre-analytical / processing, post analytical, obtaining results for provider and or recording / logging in patient's file).
Highlights of Main Job Duties:
1. Assists with the maintenance and growth of the organization’s relationship with existing clients.
2. Accurately solves problems and answers questions for Interpath clients.
3. Gauges client satisfaction with Interpath operations and performance.
4. Works closely with local Interpath sites and Managers to solve client issues.
5. Support sales team with on-boarding new clients.
6. Maintains regular communications with corporate representatives on trends and changes to assigned region.
7. Understand and adhere to HIPAA policies, procedures and regulations to assure patient confidentiality.
Schedule:
The Territory / Outside Client Support Rep has a schedule of M-F 8:00 AM - 5 PM with common before & after hours work as clients' needs arise. After-hours during weekends only on occasion.
Compensation, Benefits, Travel Expenses:
Base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 (based upon experience and readiness to hit the ground running!) plus quarterly commission incentive opportunities as well as a company vehicle.
