About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Flexible Packaging Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and monitoring existing client bases and industry developments, identifying potential new product opportunities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product offerings, while maintaining compliance with regulatory, facility food safety, and quality policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and costs associated with production of flexible packaging and labels.
- Provide project management leadership to meet business needs, determining the appropriate materials needed to achieve successful completion of initiatives.
