About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating, recommending, and directing research and development programs to meet the company's needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential new product opportunities and apply knowledge of materials to recommend engineering and manufacturing changes.
- Research and monitor existing client base and industry developments.
- Lead technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Visit customer facilities to discuss/resolve concerns relating to IP products and/or to work on new projects or products.
