Product Development Leadership
We are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives at Interstate Packaging Company.
The successful candidate will provide project management leadership to achieve business objectives, determine materials needed for initiative completion, and apply knowledge of materials to recommend engineering and manufacturing changes.
This role involves researching client base and industry developments, leveraging innovation and information from suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, facility food safety, and quality policies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the field, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, they should have a complete understanding of Narrow Web Pressure Sensitive division and flexible packaging and labels production processes.
