AR Billing Team Supervisor

**This is a Remote Hybrid position located in Des Moines, IA.**

We are hiring a Remote Hybrid AR Billing Team Supervisor. [1-2 days a week onsite.]

The AR Billing Team Supervisor is responsible for leading/developing a growing team responsible for CST's accounts receivable and billing functions. The AR Billing Team Supervisor will work closely to link the accounting team with other departments to provide daily support including payment and chargeback processing, servicing customer accounts, validating customer data, providing analysis to help ensure customer account accuracy. In general, this position will also be responsible for performing day to day operational accounting activities and monitoring activities. This position will require a high attention to detail and the ability to identify process improvements and opportunities for efficiency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Hire, train, manage and mentor AR Billing team members.

2. Must be a quick learner: Includes learning and becoming an expert in proprietary customer billing system.

3. Establish controls and processes where needed; work with the team to identify process improvements and opportunities for efficiency.

3. Responsible for equipment management & inventory reconciliation.

4. Conduct and/or delegate daily queries/tasks and customer account clean-up processes.

5. Handle/delegate projects and billing problems as they come up.

6. Oversee the maintenance & reconciliation of customer accounts.

7. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other departments.

8. Manage misc. cash processes such as refund processing and chargeback maintenance.

8. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. 3-5 years supervisory experience.

2. Billing system experience with large volume of customer accounts.

3. Must have strong organizational and time management skills.

4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point is required.

5. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred, but not required.
