Intrado has over 40 years of experience in safety services and 911 network engineering expertise. Today, the company is focused on transforming legacy Public Safety Answering Point operations and the entire 911 emergency response continuum through data-driven solutions. Intrado’s continued focus is on innovations that leverage vast amounts of data from multiple sources – including mobile phones, IoT devices, smart speakers, artificial intelligence, geographic information systems and more. Integrating this data allows call takers, dispatchers, and first responders to make more informed decisions, respond quickly and safely, and ultimately serve their communities better.

Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager to join our team.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for meeting contractual obligations and managing customer expectations
  • Perform a wide variety of activities necessary to achieve results mutually agreed upon by business unit and clients
  • Develop and lead in the implementation of goals, objectives, and work standards
  • Update and communicate project plans and schedules to the customer and internal team while balancing established timelines against customers’ needs
  • Coordinate process of development and implementation of Statements of Work (SOW) for each customer contract
  • Serve as the primary customer advocate while protecting business units financial and operational interests
  • Monitor day-to-day operations of the assigned account (s) to ensure that all customer commitments, goals, and objectives are being met
  • Discuss new product offerings, strategic and tactical direction of company, operational environment, market position with clients
  • Obtain a clear and concise understanding of customer needs directly from customer, research, and contact with industry experts
  • Review work completed by others for consistency and accuracy taking appropriate steps to keep quality at a high level and suggesting changes to established policies and procedures
  • Review and verify correct billing and correspondence with contractual compliances

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, engineering, liberal arts, or a related field required
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements

Experience:

  • 3 years program experience preferably in 9-1-1 telecommunications or related industry experience required
  • 2  years project management experience required
  • 1-year lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Participation in on call rotation schedule for events and incidents required
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, and Access required
  • Travel required, as needed

The hiring range for this position is anticipated between a salary of $80,000 and $95,000 and will be commensurate with experience.
