Key responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our export business and achieve revenue targets.
- Leadership: Demonstrate success in building, leading, and managing a sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key and new customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
- Market Analysis/Sales Leads: Monitor market trends and competitor activities and qualify new business opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service.
- Travel: The position requires up to 60% travel. (Territory: CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, and WA)
