Key responsibilities:
· Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our export business and achieve revenue targets.
· Leadership: Demonstrate success in building, leading, and managing a sales team.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key and new customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels.
· Market Analysis/Sales Leads: Monitor market trends and competitor activities and qualify new business opportunities.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service.
· Travel: The position requires up to 60% travel. (Territory: CA, AZ, NV, UT, OR, and WA)
