We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 3 years of experience in the automotive industry to support production processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and equipment optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for automotive components.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production, equipment, and materials.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
Support the introduction of new products and equipment validation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
Analyze production data to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or a related industry.
Hands-on experience with CNC machining, stamping, welding, or assembly processes.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
