Exciting Opportunity for a Regional Property Manager

We are a prominent player in the property management sector, seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to enhance our operations. This role focuses on creating and implementing effective policies and procedures for property management while supervising the recruitment, training, and development of staff within the designated area. The ideal candidate will share responsibility for maintaining our properties and ensuring their optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee communication channels between local property managers and corporate leadership.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance assessments and manage employment transitions.
• Monitor marketing initiatives, analyze occupancy rates, and suggest rental pricing adjustments.
• Perform quarterly audits to verify compliance with organizational standards.
• Assess and review administrative, accounting, and maintenance functions; approve necessary exceptions.
• Address resident concerns and uphold high maintenance and cleanliness standards across properties.
• Assist in formulating corrective action plans for residential communities.
• Oversee the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets; track budget performance and compile monthly summary reports.
• Approve expenditures in line with budget constraints; negotiate and assess contracts.
• Organize and prepare for meetings as required.
• Collaborate on setting rental prices and operational strategies as part of the sales initiative.
• Coordinate staffing and operational setup for new developments.
• Act as the main point of contact between property owners and our organization.
• Additional duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with Yardi software.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in property management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of property maintenance, marketing, and budgeting practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective supervisory and organizational capabilities.
• Proven ability to delegate tasks and solve problems efficiently.
