As a crucial member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing bookkeeping tasks for our portfolio, which includes 4 RV parks and 100 single-family homes. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in QuickBooks and WAVE, along with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Rent Payments: Accurately post rent payments for both RV parks and single-family homes, ensuring timely and precise recording.
- Interest Taxes: Handle the calculation and processing of interest taxes related to our properties, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
- P&L Statements: Generate month-end Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for each RV park, providing valuable financial insights for investors.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records and identify any discrepancies promptly.
- Coordination with Accounting Firm: Collaborate effectively with the accounting firm as needed, providing necessary documentation and facilitating seamless communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper, with a specific focus on property management or real estate investment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and WAVE accounting software.
- Strong understanding of rent payment processing and interest tax calculations.
- Experience in generating and interpreting Profit and Loss statements.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
