In this role, you'll play an important part in overseeing and facilitating brand development strategies for our clients in the local area. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers, addressing inquiries about our nonprofit partners, implementing revenue-boosting strategies, tracking campaign performance, and much more.
Key Responsibilities for an Entry-Level Client Representative:
- Participate in hands-on training programs to gain essential skills for managing client campaigns and driving business growth.
- Interact directly with target audiences to elevate brand visibility and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Represent clients at engaging pop-up events to enhance brand awareness, visibility, and revenue.
- Advocate for both Invictus and our clients by maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
- Follow all company and client standards to deliver exceptional service and achieve excellence in every campaign.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients’ missions, success stories, and future goals to effectively communicate their value.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, compile feedback, and suggest improvements for enhanced performance.
