This role focuses on general property repairs, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the integrity of our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and assess repair needs for properties and structures.
- Perform a variety of property maintenance and repair tasks, including:
- Fixing or replacing loose siding, fascia, and soffit.
- Gutter cleaning and shutter installation or repair.
- Mailbox replacements and masonry repairs.
- Repairing drywall, painting, and replacing rotted wood.
- Conducting general property inspections to identify and address repair needs.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure quality results.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Use company tools and resources effectively and responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance roles.
- Strong skills in siding repair, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and general property repairs.
- Prior roofing experience is not required but is considered a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
