Title : Summer Programs Teacher’s Aide: various grades K-6 positions
Supervision by : Director of Special Programs
Job Status : Temporary; June 10 - July 19, 2024 for 3-6 hours per day and/or July 22 - August 2, 2024 for 8 hours per day
Salary Range : $14 to $15.50 per hour
Job Description:
The `Iolani Summer Teacher’s Aide Program offers those interested in careers in education the opportunity to gain experience and mentoring in a school setting. Teacher’s Aides are respected professionals and add value to every program they support.
The `Iolani Summer Programs includes a variety of daily enrichment courses in the arts, athletics, STEM, and academics. Summer classes offer students an opportunity to develop their knowledge and curiosity through experiential learning.

Competency Requirements:
Skilled in organization, innovation and problem-solving. Proficient in Google applications as well as a willingness and ability to learn new computer applications.

Qualified candidates will be scheduled for an in-person or Zoom interview, and will be required to submit one reference (academic or professional). Decisions are made at the end of March 2024.
