Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and leading activities, including arts, sports, and educational programs.
- Supervise and interact with youth participants to promote a positive experience.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
- Help set up and clean up program spaces as needed.
- Support program staff with administrative tasks and event coordination.
- Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and parents.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and teens.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different situations.
- Prior experience in childcare, education, or recreation (preferred but not required).
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
- Access to transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
