We are currently recruiting for a strong opportunity within a well-respected and growing law firm IP practice wherein the diverse clientele consists of Fortune 500 companies, leading international innovators, start-up companies, and universities.
Here, you will prepare and prosecute of patent applications and assist attorneys pertaining to a range of other patent protection issues as the needs arise (e.g., patentability and infringement opinions, patent portfolio strategic counseling, etc.) while working closely with clients, inventors, and other IP professionals.
