- Analyze business needs
- Identify root cause and suggest solution
- Collaboration between Business and tech team
- Creating POC
- Presenting Demo
- Solution Design
- Business Analyst activities
- CRM - Lead Management, sales, service and marketing functional knowledge
- Salesforce certified Consultant experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodology of project execution and concepts like Product Backlog, Backlog Grooming, Estimation, Sprint Planning
