About the Job
As a Client Finance Manager, you'll serves as a key liaison between finance, account management, and project management teams, overseeing financial operations for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this role, you'll ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and Master Service Agreements, while providing mentorship and training to junior team members. Responsibilities include financial tracking and reporting, budgeting, revenue forecasting, and administrative tasks, such as coordinating monthly billings and managing client purchase orders. By delivering accurate financial insights and expertise, you'll foster strong internal and external client relationships.
A Day in the Life
- Oversee financial operations for assigned client portfolios, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with Master Service Agreements.
- Design and implement client-specific reporting, perform rate analysis, and ensure alignment with approved rate cards.
- Partner with Account Management and Project Management teams to create detailed financial trackers, manage budgets, and forecast revenue.
- Lead financial analysis, including month-end revenue calculations, journal entries, and variance explanations, and communicate findings to senior management.
- Manage client invoicing, purchase orders, and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Train, mentor, and supervise Client Finance Analysts, providing guidance on financial tracking, billing, and revenue recognition, while ensuring adherence to financial controls and policies.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Financial Management, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulas, and data visualization) and SAP/business systems (or similar software).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with financial management software (e.g., Vantage).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills, with ability to express ideas clearly and effectively.
- Proven organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
