Role: Territory Account Manager
Location: Kansas City, KS
About The Role:We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client team and help grow sales of premium products, equipment, and services for both existing and new accounts. This home-based position involves traveling throughout the territory, which includes Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and the broader Kansas City Metro area.Qualifications for this role include sales skills and mechanical acumen to service/install equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote all products and services in the portfolio.
- Install and service Our Client lubrication equipment at customer locations.
- Provide detailed service reports to our most valued customers.
- Develop relationships and show value with key functional contacts in customer organizations.
- Hunt for new business opportunities by bringing on new accounts.
- Develop existing business to improve profitable growth opportunities.
- Pricing accountability for designated customers in the portfolio.
- Meet personal travel & expense expectations.
- Maintain a quality selling pipeline and updated information in our Sales CRM.
- Occasional nights or weekend work required for certain customers (comp time allows you to shift time off).
- Exhibit safety leadership and compliance.
- Support Finance for credit and cash collection.
- Overnight travel required from 25%-50% monthly.
Examples of Our Client Lubrication Equipment:
- Automatic Conveyor Chain Lubricators, Chain Wear Monitors, Brush Cleaners and Greasers, Advanced System Controllers
What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Position:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a B2B and Industrial environment.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
- Willingness and ability to do mechanical service work with light equipment.
- Knowledge, or ability to learn, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks within and across numerous customer markets to meet established and changing deadlines.
- Computer expertise with MS Office suite and sales CRM.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
