Job Description

The IQ Business Group(IQBG) is currently seekingan Enterprise Content and Records Management (ECRM) Project Manager &RecordsManagementSpecialisttosupport ourteam.TheECRM Project Manager willsupportthe implementation processof ECRM technologies and solutions, directing and coordinating a team to successfully execute on the daily responsibilities in accordance with the approved plan.TheECRM Project Manager leads the team tosuccess throughout the delivery, proactively manages communications and escalation paths, issues, status of projects, barriers, and successes, whilemonitoring performance to project leadership.

TheECRM Project Managershould haverecords management subject matter expertise to lead the team through the delivery of a recommended implementation approach, whileprovidingconsultationon business processanalysis and improvement.TheECRM Project Manager providesteamguidance and leadership toachieve project objectives, adhere to records management policies pertaining to security and privacy standards, guidelines, programs, and procedures. Additional support and guidance to elicitrequirements, develop specification, application testing,andapplication trainingis provided by theECRM Project Manager.

TheECRM Project Managerprovidesfunctional guidance and expertise for configuration ofOpenText Content Suite, including the records management module.Additional support and guidance to elicitrequirements, develop specification, application testing,andapplication trainingis provided by theECRM Project Manager.

TheECRM Project Manageris asenior-level,multi-disciplinary role capable of multipleresponsibilities,including superior communicationwith senior business and technology managers.TheECRM Project Manager positionrequiresstrong businessand informationanalysisskills, and the ability to workindependently with minimal supervisionin an agile project environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree.
• PMP Certification
• 5-7years work experience, or a combination of relevant training and experience.
• Experience developing taxonomies and records retention processes.
• Experience andcreditable knowledge ofindustry leading ECM solutions such as OpenText, Hyland, mFiles, Collabware, Feith, etc.
• Knowledge of records managementbestpracticesand risk mitigation.
• Proficient writingand oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Vendor performance management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft365, Atlassian Confluence, Jira.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Will require at least 50% travel.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Experience with implementing industry leading ECM solutions across a large enterprise within the manufacturing sector
• Preference will be given to residents of South Florida.
