What are the responsibilities and job description for the Region Manager and Outreach Coordinator position at Ira Green, Inc?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and provide leadership to central region merchandisers and mentors, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and Exchange managers in all CONUS stores, fostering strong working relationships.
- Lead efforts in recruiting and onboarding new merchandisers to strengthen and expand the team.
- Monitor and evaluate merchandiser performance, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all merchandising activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness in the central region.
- Address and resolve issues related to merchandising, staffing, and store relations in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of outreach initiatives to improve engagement and performance within the region.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and company growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) in related field, or three to five years related experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising remote employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with Exchange managers and team members.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop talent.
- Ability to analyze data, assess performance, and implement necessary improvements.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support store locations and team members.
