Remote Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Intake & Therapy

Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Licensure: Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania and/or Wisconsin required

Pay: $75,000-$85,000 base salary generous bonus potential

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST/CST (40 hours per week)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)

To be considered for this position, candidates must be LCSWs with experience in both therapy AND intake services. Experience with group therapy strongly desired.

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LCSWs to provide therapy and intake services in our Virtual Behavioral Health Clinic. In this role, you’ll conduct intakes, individual assessments, develop treatment plans, and connect patients with valuable community resources, all within a program designed to fill gaps in the outpatient continuum for hospitals and health systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct intake sessions and individual assessments
• Develop and monitor treatment plans
• Provide therapy services and connect patients with essential community resources
• Document patient services in electronic health records accurately and in real time
• Use standardized assessment tools and exhibit strong diagnostic skills, contributing to our commitment to high-quality care

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania and/or Wisconsin required, Nebraska license strongly preferred
• Proven experience in both intake and therapy, with at least 2 years of diagnostic experience in these settings
• Experience with group therapy strongly preferred
• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during EST/CST hours.
• Experience & willingness to treat patients across various age groups, ideally all ages but a minimum of ages 13
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
