Job Summary
The VIP Services / Operations Intern is responsible for assisting the VIP Experiences team with pre-event communications through the VIP inbox, social media marketing, and VIP Informational Guides. They will assist in reviewing post-race VIP surveys and feedback reports. This Intern will also assist with creating and submitting access credentials for all North America events. We are seeking a student pursuing their Bachelor's degree who is comfortable on different social media platforms and able to assist in customer service correspondence.
Overview
- Assist VIP Experiences teams with creating social media content - Includes creating graphics on Canva or Adobe and uploading them using Basecamp and Emplifi
- Assist with IRONMAN VIP & Rock 'n' Roll VIP event inboxes as needed - Answering customer services tickets through the platform D365
- Assist with access credentials request forms and ordering credentials as needed
- Assist with post-race surveys and reporting feedback to the VIP Experiences team
