Irontown is an innovative custom home builder looking for a Full Time enthusiastic, patient, individual, that will take initiative and be proactive in getting to know our customers and their needs.
Responsibility, but not limited to:
- Managing market research, social media, and being a strong sales support.
- Strategizing and communicating targeted prospects.
- Focusing and identifying leads and qualifying potential customers from leads, then handing off to sales.
- Managing leads through the sales pipeline.
- Ensuring a positive experience throughout process.
- Be familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements.
- Outbound calls, building and maintaining customer relationships is important.
- Prepare reports and handle administrative duties.
- Knowledge of MS office, Hubspot CRM a plus.
Salary range: Negotiable DOE
