- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Participate in weekly payment runs, contributing to the efficient disbursement of funds.
- Generate and distribute customer invoices, maintaining accurate billing records.
- Validate order details to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with customer collections, contributing to the management of accounts receivable.
- Compile and report purchase contract data, providing valuable insights to the finance team.
- Attend monthly collections meetings, gaining exposure to financial discussions and strategies.
- Support various financial tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance department.
