Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in a service and Inside Sales role. We are a long-standing leading international manufacturer of specialty residential metal roofing. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. You will assist homeowners with inquiries, and often direct them to a contractor who sells and installs our products. You will also have relationships supporting distributors, contractors, and architects. The ideal candidate will possess very strong written and verbal communication skills and a passion for technology, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and provide solutions. You will work closely with other team members including a remote Territory Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries.
- Utilize Sugar CRM to manage customer interactions and track support requests.
- Use Aptean Intuitive ERP to prepare quotes and enter and track orders.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for growth.
- Communicate effectively to cater to a diverse client base.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Must be well-organized and like to multi-task.
- Some WFI may be possible after training has been completed..
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support and inside sales is important.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP software is very advantageous.
- Strong comfort level with technology including Office 365 is essential.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are highly valued but not required.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and meeting customer needs if important.
- Must have a professional demeanor along with the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.84 - $19.48 per hour
